Your health record is a confidential document. It is the policy of this practice to maintain the security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorized members of staff. Results and Reminders
To obtain your Pathology report you must see a doctor. We do not give results over the phone unless they’re urgent, for privacy reasons. Our practice is committed to providing the best preventative care possible, you may receive a reminder call/letter from time to time. If you do not wish to be a part of this system please inform your doctor.
Fees
I-Care Medical Clinic is a bulk billing practice we do not charge a gap fee to Medicare card holders.
Patients who are not covered by Medicare will be charged a fee. Fees are displayed in reception
Translation Services
If you require a translation service it will be provided through the National Translation and Interpretation Service For Hearing Impaired Patients. Translation services for patients who speak a language other than English is also

As part of our commitment to quality assurance please speak to our reception staff if you have had a negative experience or and problem with your healthcare, we also provide a feedback box in the waiting area, Should you prefer to remain anonymous.
